• Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan Ajmer, on the basis of the marks of Senior Secondary or its recognized passing examination, will be prepared by the concerned Chief Medical and Health Officer on the basis of merit, district wise, category wise merit lists will be prepared and certified by the concerned Joint Director, Zone. . Category wise merit lists certified by Joint Director, Zone will be sent to the Directorate. After that, under the direction of the directorate, the selection will be done on the basis of category wise preference of reservation. After setting a separate date for counseling, its information will be made available in dailies / departmental website www.rajswasthya.nic.in .
• The merit list / selection list will be available in the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer and the concerned Zilla Parishad office and the selected candidate will also be informed by letter.
• Selected candidates will have to appear at the training center related to their selection with their original documents within the prescribed time limit, otherwise the selection order will automatically be treated as cancelled.
• The original documents of the selected candidates will remain with the respective training center in-charge and will be returned only after their verification from the respective board / institute. If any documents of a candidate are found to be fake during verification, then legal action will be taken against such candidate as per rules, immediately separating him from the training.
• If a candidate is found pregnant at the time of selection, she will be included in the training in the next batch without reapplying, provided the candidate fulfills the full eligibility as per the remaining conditions of selection.
• The disposal of the representations/reports submitted regarding the selection will be subject to the instructions of this Directorate.
• All the Chief Medical and Health Officers will keep the counseling time fixed from 9:30 am to 2.00 pm only.
• Stifund Selected candidates will be given stipend as per rules.
